new potato salad new potatoes

Ingredients:
new potatoes (boiled & cold)
red onion
dill
chives
radish
crème fraîche
salt
black pepper
Inspiration / Recipe / Directions:
1. Mix crème fraîche, salt and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Rinse dill and chives and let dry. Chop and mix it with the crème fraîche.
3. Add sliced radishes and chopped red onion.
4. Divide the potatoes into smaller pieces (if necessary) and mix it gently with the rest of the salad.
5. Serve cold as a side dish.

Anette: This is an easy and delicious way to use up any leftover new potatoes. Just toss together and voilà – you have a perfect barbecue side dish. 😀
