galia mint lime

Ingredients: Inspiration / Recipe / Directions: (2 portions)
1 Galia (melon)
½ lime
black pepper
mint leaves
1. Remove the skin and scoop out the seeds from the melon.
2. Cut the melon into eight pieces and squeeze some lime juice over them.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add roughly chopped mint leaves.
4. Cover and leave at room temperature for about half an hour before serving.
5. Enjoy.

Anette: This melon dish is more of a starter / entrée than a dessert but it’s a very good one, especially if you’re generous with the lime and pepper, but don’t overdo it. 😀
