lime salmon

Ingredients: Inspiration / Recipe / Directions:
1 salmon fillet
chili pepper
black pepper
1. Place the salmon fillet in an ovenproof dish.
2. Sprinkle with chopped chili peppers, salt and pepper.
3. Cover with slices of ginger and lime.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the salmon, 175°C (347°F).
5. (You can use leftover chili, lime and ginger to season some yoghurt or crème fraîche for a spicy sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.)
6. Enjoy.

Anette: This lime, chili and ginger salmon is one of my favorites and together with oven-baked potato wedges, a crème fraîche sauce and some zucchini and carrot sticks fried in butter, it’s quite delicious. 😀
