cauliflower soup carrot soup

Ingredients:
cauliflower (a little)
carrot
water
salt
black pepper
butter
Inspiration / Recipe / Directions:
1. Peel the carrot, rinse the cauliflower and cut them into smaller pieces.
2. Put the veggies in a cooking pot, cover them with water and add a little salt.
3. Cook for a couple of minutes, until they’re tender.
4. Remove a couple of carrot and cauliflower pieces from the pot before you purée the soup with a hand-held blender until smooth.
5. Put the pieces of carrot an cauliflower back in the pot and add salt, pepper and butter to taste.
6. Enjoy.

Anette: You can’t really call this a flavour sensation but if you want an easy-to-make, healthy soup that tastes like carrots and cauliflower – this is the soup for you. 😀
