halloumi tomato salad

tomato halloumi oil
red onion black pepper
basil salt
Inspiration / Recipe:

  1. Brush slices of halloumi with oli and grill them for a couple of minutes on each side.
  2. Slice the tomato and red onion and plate it. Add oil, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve the salad with the grilled halloumi.

Anette: This is a perfect summer lunch: very tasty, easy to make and somewhat healthy.
