Anette: Tomorrow, on November 22nd, it’s time for Malta to select their entry for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest and I think that’s a good excuse to learn a little about the Maltese cuisine. According to wikipedia, a savoury pastry called Pastizzi (or Fenkata – a traditional Maltese stewed rabbit) is often identified as the national dish of Malta, so here we go:
